Queena (Receptionist)

Queena is one of the front desk receptionists for the practice. Her roles include answering phones, scheduling patient appointments, verifying insurance authorizations for surgeries, along with many other roles. Queena is one of the first people that you will see when you arrive at the office. She is always available to answer your questions to the best of her abilities and prides herself on providing the highest level of customer service possible. Queena joined us in 2018 to support the continued growth of the practice.
